Terminal Evaluation of the UNEP/GEF Project “Promotion of Energy Efficiency in Public Lighting in Côte d’Ivoire” (GEF ID 3876) (2013-2020)

This report is a terminal evaluation of a UNEP-GEF project implemented between January 2016 and June 2020. The project aim was to speed up market transformation for energy-efficient lighting technologies in the emerging economy of Côte d’Ivoire, thereby reducing electrical demand and consumption and the related greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
