KBF Operations Manual: Risk Management is an operational guide for managing risks at the Fund level. It establishes a structured approach to identifying, assessing, monitoring, treating, and communicating risks that could affect the KBF’s objectives, resources, governance, and implementation. The framework distinguishes contextual, programmatic, and institutional risks, assesses risk using likelihood × impact, and uses a Risk Dashboard to support monitoring and Executive Council decision-making. It also defines mitigation and adaptation measures and clarifies the responsibilities of the Secretariat and Participating Organizations in identifying and escalating risks.
