Innovative Environmental Solutions: Moving from Policy-level Concept to Implementation: Note by the secretariat

The concept of innovative environmental solutions was carried forward to the global policy level at the third session of the United Nations Environment Assembly of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP). It is now vital to move beyond the concept of innovative environmental solutions at the strategic level, to actualizing the concept through the implementation of practical innovative instruments and measures.
