Validated Terminal Review of the UNEP Project ‘Collective Intelligence for Environmental Governance’ (InforMEA Phase III) (PIMS ID 02090) 2020-2023

This report is a Terminal Review of a UNEP project implemented between 2020 and 2023.The project's overall development goal was to develop harmonized and interoperable information systems for the benefit of MEAs Parties and the environment community at large. The Terminal Review sought to assess project performance (in terms of relevance, effectiveness and efficiency), and determine outcomes and impacts (actual and potential) stemming from the project, including their sustainability. The Terminal Review has two primary purposes: (i) to provide evidence of results to meet accountability requirements, and (ii) to promote learning, feedback, and knowledge sharing through results and lessons learned among UNEP, and the relevant agencies and countries participating to the project.
