Evaluation of the UNEP Sub-programme on Energy_1995

An in depth review of the legislative authority for the energy Subprogramme and of the rationale upon which the Subprogramme was created was undertaken and a survey of past activities and outputs was undertaken in order to assess the effectiveness of the Subprogramme in promoting the sustainable development practice and strategies of targeted countries.
