Terminal Evaluation of the UNEP projects in the Haiti Cote Sud Initiative Portfolio

The UN Environment Haiti Country Office supports the implementation of a portfolio of projects in the Cote Sud region, a particularly disaster-prone part of the country. This evaluation focuses on a number of inter-related projects that all completed within a common timeframe and they are addressed in two separate documents as, Part I: Gouvernance Sud, along with reflection on how the whole portfolio has performed and Part II: Mer Sud and Terre Sud.
