Mid-Term Evaluation of the UNEP project “Mediterranean Sea Basin Environment and Climate Regional Support Project” GEF 9686

This report is for the Mid-Term Evaluation (MTE) of the UNEP project “Mediterranean Sea Basin Environment and Climate Regional Support Project” GEF 9686 which is the Coordinating Project of the “Mediterranean Sea Programme (MedProgramme): Enhancing Environmental Security” GEF 9607. The MTE is undertaken approximately half-way through project implementation to analyse whether the project is on-track, what problems or challenges the project is encountering, and what corrective actions are required.
