This document is a co-facilitators Non Paper with a draft recommendation on lessons learned from the sixth session of the United Nations Environment Assembly for consideration by the Committee of Permanent Representatives, following informal consultations at CPR subcommittee. It recalls the Outcome of the Consensual Process for Review by the Committee of Permanent Representatives and presents recommendations in annex I on planning and outcomes of UNEA, the preparatory process of the CPR, inclusive participation, documents for UNEA and CPR, the link between UNEA and forums of ministers of the environment and environment authorities, and UNEA branding, media and communication outreach.
