Final Report on Four Economic Instruments

This report is hereby submitted to satisfy Result 6: Four studies on financial instruments. Annex 1 provides the initial list from which the four were prioritized and studied. The terms of reference set the rule that the EIs had to be identified in four different sectors. Further, the consultant identified the EIs with guidance from the PEI team in Rwanda.
