Application to Chemicals in Products Programme – Zero Pollution Alliance

Ecologic, S.A., through the Zero Pollution Alliance in Panama, submitted an intention letter to join the Chemicals in Products programme. The organisation describes its work under the Zero Mercury Mission, including collection and environmentally sound disposal of fluorescent lamps, elemental mercury, batteries and other mercury-containing waste, as well as awareness raising, capacity building and promotion of responsible mercury waste management practices in Panama and across Central and South America.
