Annexes a l’examen du PNUE de la proposition de projet Phoenix en Haïti

UNEP has been requested by the Government of Haiti to conduct an independent review of the proposed Phoenix Waste to Energy project. The scope of this proposed project includes waste collection from Port au Prince and other cities, waste processing, recycling and disposal and incineration of the combustible wastes to generate electricity that would be sold to the Haitian national utility.
