For People and Planet: How Your Contributions Can Help Build a More Sustainable World

Responding to the triple planetary crisis calls for a stronger, more agile, innovative, and forward-looking UNEP, which is challenging when over 80% of funding is tightly earmarked and linked to individual projects. We are introducing the Investment Case, which captures the urgency of the work being undertaken with the funding received through the Thematic Funds. The funds are open to contributions from public and private resource partners, to foundations and philanthropies, and are meant to complement the Environment Fund and other funding streams available to UNEP.
