Country Implementation Document: Resource Efficiency - Switch Africa Green (Ghana)

The Switch Africa Green Project seeks to support Ghana, among five other African countries, to attain sustainable development by engaging in transition towards inclusive green economy. The initiative is based on sustainable consumption and production patterns, while generating growth, creating decent jobs and reducing poverty. The project is intended to support private sector led inclusive growth to achieve its objective. The project implementation starts with an inception phase planned to inform the project partners on the scope and objectives of the project; and more specifically ensure that an open and transparent process is established. This phase is also intended to refine and finalize the modalities and mechanisms for implementation as well as identify, engage and mobilize the project team and key stakeholders and actors.
