Decision 2/8: Establishing a List of Hazardous Substances to be Considered Hazardous Waste under Article 2, Paragraph 1 (d)

The Conference of Parties requests the parties to review the list of new proposed substances set out in the annex to the present decision and to submit their comments, inputs and observations to the secretariat, within two months of the adoption of the present decision on 1 February 2018, for review and compilation by the secretariat, which in turn will share with the parties the proposed list of substances for final review and adoption by the Conference of Parties at its forthcoming extraordinary meeting to be held in Khartoum in February 2019.
