UNEP Evaluation Manual

(Material now incorporated in the online Programme Manual under 'Evaluations') This manual was produced in 2008 with an aim to document procedures and guidelines on evaluation of UNEP projects. The primary audience for this manual is UNEP staff but it is also expected that the manual will provide valuable insights to UNEP partners and consultants as they evaluate UNEP projects. The focus of this guide is on evaluating projects but many of the same principles will be applicable to evaluation of sub programmes and UNEP’s work programme in general.
