Abstract
This document outlines a science-driven plan to preserve biological diversity and mitigate climate change through a global agreement. Developed as part of a worldwide movement, the strategy addresses urgent threats from land conversion and overfishing that risk irreversible ecosystem damage. The proposal advocates for protecting and restoring fifty per cent of terrestrial and marine areas by twenty-thirty to maintain critical carbon repositories and ecosystem services. Implementation involves formal protected areas and climate stabilisation areas, requiring integrated funding from governmental and corporate sectors.
