Abstract
To commemorate the second annual International Day of Zero Waste on 30 March, United Nations (UN) agencies, governments, non-profit organizations and individuals from relevant sectors raised awareness of the need to bolster waste management while engaging in upstream solutions like redesign, reduction and reuse.
