Proposed provisional agenda of UNEA at the Open Ended Committee of Permanent Representatives

Pursuant to rule 9 of the rules of procedure of the UNEP governing body, the Executive Director submits to the UNEP governing body at each regular session the provisional agenda for the following regular session.
