Guidance to Member States on the Submission of Draft Resolutions and Decisions to the Seventh Session of the United Nations Environment Assembly

Resolutions are the formal expression of the opinion or will of the United Nations Environment Assembly (UNEA). They reflect the views of the Member States and provide policy recommendations. Decisions are another type of formal action taken by UNEA and often concern procedural matters such as elections, appointments, time and place of future sessions and budgetary and administrative matters.
