SIDA’S Project of Spatial Planning in the Coastal Zone: Disaster Prevention and Sustainable Development (Phase 3 in Viet Nam) - Final Project Report

The Viet Nam final report on spatial planning in coastal areas focuses on an overall goal to prevent/reduce the impacts of natural disasters, climate change and sea-level rise, and to promote sustainable development of coastal areas. The final report outlines the main activities and objectives of the overall project, including background, planning, consultations, workshops, expenditures, and project lessons and recommendations. This is an output of the COBSEA and SIDA project entitled “Spatial Planning in the Coastal Zone – Disaster Prevention and Sustainable Development” in 2010-2013.
