Terminal Evaluation of the UN Environment Project: Regional Project for Implementing National Biosafety Frameworks in the Caribbean Sub-Region

This report is a terminal evaluation of a UN Environment-GEF Regional Project implemented in the Caribbean Sub-region between 2011 and 2018. The Project Objective was “To implement effective, operable, transparent and sustainable National Biosafety Frameworks (NBF) which cater for national and regional needs, deliver global benefits and are compliant with the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety (CPB) in 12 Caribbean Countries”.
