Baku to Belém roadmap to US$1.3 trillion

UNEP is releasing a new COP30 Factsheet Series exploring the most critical adaptation and mitigation themes shaping today’s global climate agenda. The series equips readers with clear, accessible insights into the debates, decisions, and expected outcomes across priority themes. This factsheet focuses on the Baku to Belém roadmap. The Baku to Belém Finance Roadmap is a joint initiative co-led by the COP29 Azerbaijani Presidency and the COP30 Brazilian Presidency to operationalize the US$1.3 trillion goal established by the New Collective Quantified Goal (NCQG) at COP29.
