Agenda Item 4.2: Themes for the Leadership Dialogues at the High-Level Segment

This document outlines the proposed themes and format for high-level “Leadership Dialogues” to be held during the High-Level Segment of the UN Environment Assembly, building on a dialogue series launched in 2017. It frames the dialogues as interactive, minister-led exchanges to share information, best practices, challenges, ambitions, and “real-life” narratives with leaders from civil society, business, academia, and international organizations, aiming to address policy and action gaps and identify transformative actions across global to local levels.
