We, participants in the 14th Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Cooperation for the Protection, Management, and Development of the Marine and Coastal Environment of the Atlantic Coast of West, Central, and Southern Africa, known as the Abidjan Convention, meeting in Nouakchott, Islamic Republic of Mauritania, on 23 May 2025.
