8th APAN Forum Programme

The forum will combine opening and closing ceremonies, high-level keynote speeches, plenary discussions, and parallel stream sessions, alongside deep-dive sessions, pre-forum events, and workshops. This document outlines the programme for the eighth forum joint event, held from 28 August to 1 September 2023. It includes registration, keynote sessions, plenaries on resilience, loss and damage, and climate change and biodiversity, as well as parallel sessions.
