Evaluation of the Technical Support to Global and Regional Programmes for the Assessment, Prevention, Control and Abatement of Marine Pollution

The evaluation of the project was carried out as part of the annual programme of UNEP's Programme Design and Evaluation Unit (PDEU). UNEP Governing Council at its seventeenth session in 1993 decided that a project from the Oceans Programme should be selected for evaluation during 1994.
