6 Projects at a Glance: Uganda - Project Sheet for SWITCH Africa Green Programme 

This document presents a project sheet for the SWITCH Africa Green programme in Uganda, outlining six funded actions across manufacturing, integrated waste management, tourism, and agriculture. It situates Uganda within a six-country African initiative supporting transition toward an inclusive green economy. For each project it summarises background problems, objectives, and planned activities such as awareness raising, audits, training, business incubation, policy dialogue, innovation pilots, and dissemination of best practices. It identifies implementing organisations, partners, locations, budgets (about US$194,411–200,000), and timelines (24–36 months). Priority sectors and country projects appear. A national coordinator contact at the United Nations Development Programme is provided.
