Report on the implementation of decisions adopted by past sessions of the governing body: Implementation of decision 27/4 on the Intergovernmental Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services: Report of the Executive Director

The 27th session of the UNEP Governing Council, held in Nairobi in February 2013 adopted decision 27/4 on the Intergovernmental Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services. As requested by decision 27/4, this present document provides a report on the status of implementation of that decision.
