African Elephant Fund Project Proposal Evaluation and Selection Criteria -2025

This document serves as the 2025 Project Evaluation and Selection Proposal for the African Elephant Fund (AEF). The African Elephant Fund is a multi-donor trust fund established under the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) Decision 14.79, where Parties requested CITES to create the Fund to support the implementation of the African Elephant Action Plan (AEAP). The plan aims to ensure a secure future for African elephant populations and their habitats. This marks the eleventh call for African elephant range States to submit funding proposals to the African Elephant Fund using the designated Project Proposal Templates.
