Decision 15/5: African strategy on climate change

This document records a 2015 decision by African ministers of the environment, meeting in Cairo from 4 to 6 March 2015 at the fifteenth session of the African Ministerial Conference on the Environment, concerning the development of an African strategy on climate change. It recalls earlier African Union and ministerial decisions requesting the African Union Commission, in collaboration with partners, to elaborate a comprehensive strategy addressing short-, medium-, and long-term climate change issues in Africa and to circulate a final draft to member States for comment.
