First Revised draft - Ministerial Declaration of the United Nations Environment Assembly at its seventh session - Advancing sustainable solutions for a resilient planet - [29 August 2025]

This document reflects ministers for the environment gathered in Nairobi at the seventh session of the United Nations Environment Assembly with the urgent aim of advancing sustainable solutions for a resilient planet. It reaffirms the Rio Declaration, the 2030 Agenda and its Sustainable Development Goals, and takes note of the Pact for the Future and an IPBES assessment. It recognizes interconnected environmental challenges and presents actions on consumption and production, food systems, water, climate change, One Health, digital technologies, chemicals, waste, biodiversity, land degradation neutrality and the ocean.
