Capacity-building

The annex to the present note contains additional information on the development of a draft strategy for capacity-building and supporting technology transfer on mutually agreed terms as set out in document UNEP/GFC/OEWG.1/12. It has been developed and submitted by the Secretariat of the Global Framework on Chemicals in collaboration with the United Nations Environment Programme World Conservation Monitoring Centre (UNEP-WCMC).
