Report of 3rd NOWPAP DINRAC Focal Points Meeting

The Third DINRAC FPM (Busan, Republic of Korea, October 26-28 2004) and the Ninth Intergovernmental Meeting of NOWPAP (Busan, Republic of Korea, November 2-4, 2004) were held back to back. The finalization of this report was done after the 9th IGM and therefore reference is made to certain decisions and Resolutions of the 9th IGM. Specifically reference is made to Resolution 1, in which the 9th IGM decides to postpone the final decision on Activity K of the DINRAC revised work plan for 2004/2005, and to make a final decision during the Intersessional Workshop of NOWPAP planned to be held in mid 2005, before the 10th IGM.
