This document was developed as part of the project Identifying and quantifying plastic contaminant sources and leakages into the aquatic environment, executed by UNEP International Environmental Technology Centre (UNEP-IETC) with support and cooperation of the European Commission Directorate-General for the Environment (DG ENV), and represents a further development upon the series of documents and materials being developed under the overall project implementation.
