This report is a resource guide for valuing the costs and benefits of improving domestic wastewater management in the Wider Caribbean Region. It explains a participatory process with three phases: scoping, analysis, and outreach. It offers two tools: multi criteria decision analysis and benefit cost analysis. It includes templates and annexes. Pilot applications in Isla Colon, Southwest Tobago, and Chaguanas show investments outperform business as usual. The guide notes data limits and monitoring needs.
