Application to Global Mercury Partnership - Batrec Industrie AG

Batrec Industrie AG submitted a request to join the United Nations Environment Programme Global Mercury Partnership as an active supporter. The company outlines its long-standing role in recycling and disposing of mercury-containing waste in Switzerland, including stabilization of mercury into mercury sulphide, and offers its recycling technology and experience to help minimise mercury releases and support implementation of the Minamata Convention.
