Abstract
In light of paragraph 88(h) NGOs have strong expectations regarding the strengthening of stakeholder engagement in all UNEP processes in order to further promote UNEP's mandate and to improve its effectiveness. We have a number of suggestions and proposals for procedural mechanisms, some of which I will share with you now.
