CRP - Proposed Text for Discussion in the Informal group on Capacity Building

This document compiles proposed text for an informal discussion group on capacity building and technology transfer. It presents inputs from Nigeria (for the Africa Group), Brazil, and the African Group–GRULAC, focusing on strengthening data generation, assessments using local expertise, testing facilities, training materials, participation balance, improved science–policy links, and matchmaking capacity needs with solutions.
