Terminal Evaluation of the GEF-UN Environment Project: Establishing the Tools and Methods to Include the Nine New POPs into Global Monitoring Plan

This report is a terminal evaluation of a UN Environment-GEF project implemented between 2011 and 2017. The project's overall objective was to build the capacities and capabilities of the Parties to the Stockholm Convention to enable them meet their obligations under the Convention regarding the monitoring of the new POPs.
