The Quadripartite Joint Offer: A call for targeted One Health investment - Advocacy Document

The objective of this call for targeted investment, launched jointly the Quadripartite on 15 September 2025, is to facilitate the national uptake of the One Health Joint Plan of Action to prevent and control health risks. This advocacy document presents a coordinated approach to preventing and controlling health risks through integrated action across human, animal, plant, and environmental systems. It highlights how environmental degradation, climate change, and unsustainable practices drive complex health threats, requiring preventive, cross-sectoral responses. The document outlines a collaborative framework supporting countries through governance, institutional strengthening, and data systems, alongside defined implementation steps. It further describes targeted funding and technical support to build national capacity, enhance coordination, and enable sustained, prevention-focused health system strengthening.
