Application to Chemicals in Products Programme - National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control

The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control, under the Government of Nigeria, submitted a letter confirming its decision to join the Chemicals in Products Programme and endorsing its objectives. The agency, as the national regulatory authority responsible for chemicals and associated products, commits to taking actions consistent with its mandate to regulate manufacture, importation, distribution and use of chemicals in Nigeria in support of the programme’s goals.
