Asean Heritage Parks and Reserves

Second ASEAN Ministerial Meeting in Bangkok, on 29 November 1984, issued the important Declaration on Heritage Parks and Reserves which created the first group of 11 Heritage Sites described in this book. This document outlines the implementation of the air monitoring component within a global initiative to assess human exposure to mercury and environmental concentrations. It covers activities conducted over a defined period, focusing on the establishment of monitoring networks, standardised sampling procedures, and data collection systems.
