Vision and Plan: Systematic Approach

It outlines a systematic approach integrating environmental monitoring, state of environment reporting, regional databases, marine protected areas, habitat restoration, education, and the reduction of land-based pollution. The document identifies key environmental and institutional challenges and proposes short-, medium-, and long-term objectives, activities, expected outputs, and financial requirements to strengthen regional cooperation, information exchange, capacity development, and environmental decision-making.
