Note on Cost-saving Measures for INC-5.3

This note has been prepared at the request of the Bureau of the INC, which, at its meeting on 12 November 2025, emphasized the importance of conducting the election of officers, including for the position of Chair, in a cost-effective manner and requested the INC Secretariat to provide a detailed breakdown of the current projected expenditures and to explore further cost-saving measures in addition to those previously discussed with the Bureau.
