Evaluation Office Operational Strategy 2022-2025

This document presents a short strategy to help direct and strengthen evaluation in UNEP. The strategy reflects a view that the evaluation function operates as a system that is integrated into UNEP at all levels and is complementary to other functions and oversight mechanisms in the organisation. It reflects recent changes to the approach to evaluation in UNEP, formalised in the Evaluation Policy, 2022.
