Using Green and Digital Technologies to Reduce Food Waste at the Consumer Level - Case Study: Bogota Colombia

This case study examines food waste at the consumer level in Bogota, Colombia, as part of a broader project exploring the application of green and digital technologies to address this issue. Research involving household surveys and in-depth interviews reveals that perceived abundance, cooking habits, and lack of awareness contribute to domestic waste.
