Information Note for Participants - Bern III Conference on Cooperation among the Biodiversity-related Conventions for the Implementation of the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework

The Bern III Conference aims to contribute to the efficient and effective implementation of the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework (GBF) by identifying opportunities to drive and coordinate an inclusive collaborative approach towards implementation of the framework while respecting the respective mandates of biodiversity-related conventions and other relevant multilateral agreements and United Nations. The conference will be held in Bern, Switzerland and officially starts at 09:00 CET on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, and closes at 17:00 on Thursday, January 25, 2024.
