London convention and protocol UNEP: guidelines for the placement of artificial reefs

This regional sea report on the primary objective to have guidelines to ensure that development of artificial reefs is consistent with London convention and protocol and it is carried out in harmony with the basic principles of ecosystem approach to the management of marine environment.
