Guidelines for Safe Closure and Rehabilitation of Municipal Solid Waste Dumpsites in Sri Lanka

This guideline provides a structured framework for the safe closure and rehabilitation of municipal solid waste dumpsites in Sri Lanka. It addresses dumpsite pollution risk assessment, planning requirements, technical information collection, decision-making, closure levels, operation and maintenance, and legal and regulatory processes.
