Strengthening the Focal Point network for the Global Framework on Chemicals

This paper outlines two proposals to improve the diversity of focal point representation under the Global Framework on Chemicals. It also suggests approaches to strengthen processes to ensure the correct representation at the national level, improve engagement especially with new stakeholders to enhance the implementation of the Framework.
